How to sign up:
Middlesex is
running a pilot of this student response system until June 2019 in order to
evaluate the suitability and effectiveness of this educational tool. This
pilot, available to all Middlesex staff, gives access to licenses, covering up
to 1500 students per class. For support, you can also contact elearning@mdx.ac.uk if issues
arise or have specific questions.
In conjunction with
Vevox, the Centre for Academic Practice Enhancement (CAPE) have developed an
online sign up page where staff can sign up for an account using their
Middlesex email address. Please click here.
Notifications and
on-boarding:
Once staff have
signed up, the new account will be approved and this will trigger a
notification email including all the details for setting up and use of the
dashboard. To support you during the pilot, you will receive a series of pre-programmed
emails with guidance on how to use this tool.
The on-boarding
emails, which are staggered during a period of 20 days, offer staff guidance on
how best to use the tool, to help you use the tool in the most effective way to
enhance your students' engagement.
